Gary Polk is a Senior Designer/Project Lead at Bjarke Ingels Group in New York. He has previously worked for UNStudio, Ibanez Kim Studio, Richard Meier Architects, FJG Architects, and has taught at both Pratt Institute and the University of Pennsylvania.
He is the curator of DRWNGS.com, an online archive dedicated to architectural drawings.
His work has been recognized across various platforms, including ArchiPrix International in Chile, The Charette, AD Magazine, and various online platforms such as KoozArch and Archinect, among others. His research outside of BIG explores methods of representation, speculative realism, nonhuman agency, and narrative world-building.
