DRWNGS.
2025 - ongoing
DRWNGS.com is an independent archive and digital platform dedicated to architectural drawing. The project approaches drawing as a medium in its own right, bringing together canonical historical drawings with contemporary and emerging work as a shared reference for the discipline.
Conceived as both an archive and an educational resource, DRWNGS provides a platform for studying, discovering, and contextualizing significant examples of architectural drawing. Each work is properly attributed and sourced, emphasizing the agency of the architects and artists behind the images and preserving their connection to the broader history of architectural representation.
At a moment when architectural imagery is increasingly produced through computational and AI-based processes, the archive considers drawing as a deliberate, interpretive, and largely human-driven form of architectural thinking. Rather than establishing a fixed canon, DRWNGS creates a living collection in which established conventions can be questioned alongside experimental, speculative, and emerging approaches.
